Construction has commenced at our Yanchep Development
It’s full steam ahead at our Yanchep Development in WA, with tilt panels now up for the 3,600sqm Coles. The stunning new convenience shopping centre, is well underway and is set to open in late 2023.
The tilt panels flag a significant milestone as the development takes shape.
FRP has partnered with Focus Building Company as the head contractor for this $25M project. They come with a wealth of experience, with completed projects including; Caversham Village, Lakelands Shopping Centre, Kalgoorlie City Shopping Centre and most recently Coles Currambine.
Located on the busy Marmion Avenue, the new development will join with the existing Yanchep Central to become the region's main retail and commercial hub. In addition to the Coles, the development will include a new Liquorland, KFC, Hungry Jacks and 7-Eleven, and a range of smaller F&B and speciality tenants.
